100% Positive Learner Feedback from Business School Learners
As part of our normal quality assurance and in line with our status as an ISO:9001 accredited organisation, we take our learner feedback very seriously. All learners are requested to give feedback on the course in general, the tutor support, learning materials, assessment process and our level of support.
Having completed our latest evaluation of this, we are delighted that we have a 100% positive feedback rate across all our courses, 99.5% of learners reporting that our courses are Excellent or Good (as opposed to Satisfactory). We are also particularly delighted that for the CILT Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport, the return is 100% Excellent or Good – this is a particularly challenging, high level course and this reflects our tutor expertise and level of support offered to learners.
