INSTITUTE OF WORKPLACE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (IWFM)
IWFM is the professional body for facilities management. They promote and embed professional standards in facilities management for the benefit of practitioners, the economy and society. Whether you are just starting out in facilities management or are responsible for managing the facilities for numerous sites, IWFM qualifications give evidence of professional standing.
We are approved to deliver a number of IWFM qualifications at Levels 3-5. See our Facilities Management Training page for more details.
Qualifications offered by IWFM that meet the regulatory requirements of The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) for the design, delivery, assessment and award of units and qualifications and are regulated by Ofqual.
The qualifications are flexible and contain mandatory and optional elements and can be assessed in a variety of ways.
BIFM rebranded to IWFM in November 2018. The courses are unchanged.
OCCUPATIONAL AWARDS LIMITED (OAL)
OAL are a leading not for profit industry-focused Awarding and End Point Assessment Organisation. They provide a wide range of qualification products and multi-sector end point assessment to meet employer and customer needs. We are sector specialists in Food & Drink Manufacturing, Furniture, Retail, Creative Industries, Improvement, and Leadership & Management. Every product and service is created and delivered by true industry experts.

OTHM
OTHM are a UK based Awarding Organisation regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation). OTHM always aim to develop as an organisation that is forward-thinking in order to support professions and industry by providing excellent qualifications that contribute for a highly qualified and experienced workforce.
OTHM’s objectives include:

CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT (CILT)
CILT is the independent professional body for individuals associated with logistics, supply chains and all transport throughout their careers. CILT has a presence in more than 30 countries across the world, contributing to a global resource of professional expertise within our areas of interest.
We are approved to deliver a variety of CILT(UK) qualifications at Levels 2 – 6. See our Logistics and Transport Training page for details.

INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (InstLM)
The Institute of Leadership are a professional body that helps unlock individual and business potential.
The Institute of Leadership is the professional membership body for an active, international community of over 50,000 leaders, managers, coaches and mentors – but are much more than a professional body. They create world–class tools, deliver award–winning e–learning and undertake practical research to help unlock individual leadership potential.
They are a registered charity governed by a board of trustees, founded in 1947.
A number of our bespoke programmes are accredited by the Institute of Leadership. This confirms our programme has been independently verified and meets the evidence-based standards of their 5 Dimensions of Leadership: Authenticity, Vision, Achievement, Ownership and Collaboration, as well as highlighting our commitment to invest in enhance leadership capability.
The Business School is therefore able to work with employers and education providers to accredit programmes to meet their needs across a whole range of topic areas.
THE CPD STANDARDS OFFICE (CPDSO)
The CPD Standards Office is a unique organisation and was founded with the vision of understanding and enabling positive and successful CPD and learning experiences. The mission of The CPD Standards Office is to consistently raise the standards and quality of Continued Professional Development (CPD) across all industry sectors that enable all training and learning providers to elevate their profiles and promote the very best educational experiences. A number of our short courses are in the process of being accredited by CPDSO.
ISO 9001:2015
We are accredited against BS EN ISO 9001:2015, which is an internationally recognised standard in quality, as awarded by ISO through the British Standards Institution. The standard clarifies and standardises the means with which a business and manage its processes, people and resources to meet its quality goals. The standard also accredits our awareness of our duties and commitment in fulfilling the needs and expectations of our customers, ensuring achieve satisfaction in the delivery of products and services. We worked with QMS International to achieve this much-prized quality mark.
ARMED FORCES COVENANT
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
We have a long history of working with the military community – our Business Development Director has a long and impressive service history, and our Operations Director has worked in pivotal roles at the juxtaposition between civilian and military education for many years. Many of our associates are ex-service personnel, and we have a partnership agreement with DCLPA.
