We are delighted to announce that we have once again been successfully accredited as an ISO:9001 2015 organisation!
ISO:9001 is an internationally recognised standard in quality, focusing on our duties and commitment in fulfilling not only our emphasis on continuous improvement, but the needs and expectations of our customers, ensuring they achieve satisfaction through all stages of working with us.
We know that our customers are more educated, have higher expectations and ultimately have a choice! We believe that the emphasis on quality means that we think more broadly and consider the impact of all our decisions on our customers, partners and suppliers, who can trust that their demands and requirements will be met.
The ISO:9001 standards cover Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-based Decision Making, and Relationship Management.
The standards we have met are set by ISO, an independent, non-governmental international organisation. These are administrated by the British Standards Institution in the UK.
Alongside our Cyber Essentials accreditation and continued, low risk rated approval by Government approved Awarding Organisations, this achievement just goes to prove that our learners and their employers are always put first and that their experience with us will be one of the highest quality in all their dealings with us.
