The MOD's Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) is an initiative to promote lifelong learning amongst members of the Armed Forces. This is provided via the Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service (ELCAS).

You have a number of options open to you:

Option 1 - Face to Face

Full courses delivered combining classroom teaching, tutorial support, access to our Virtual Learning Environment and distance learning. The level 3 certificate courses are 5 days in length and the level 4 and 5 certificate courses are 10 days in length. All courses are assessed by assignment.

Option 2 - On Demand via our Virtual Learning Environment

Full courses that are delivered fully by distance learning through our Virtual Learning Environment with tutor support. All courses as assessed by assignment.

Option 3 - On Demand via our Virtual Learning Environment for Military Trades

Distance learning courses through our Virtual Learning Environment with tutor support for specific logistics, transport and facilities management trades in the RLC, RAF and All Arms.

Assessment

All the courses are assessed by assignment.
